ScintiPlex™ is an image acquisition and analysis system for nuclear gamma camera. ScintiPlex™ utilizes a high band-width interfacing card to perform image acquisition and processing in realtime. It continuously acquires gamma camera images with a maximum resolution of 512x512 pixels according to the pre-selected frame durationas and number of frames. ScintiPlex™ can also be used to analyze pre-recorded gamma camera images. The analytic functions include background subtraction, selection of regions of interest (ROI), counting the number of each frame for each ROI, and deriving the activity waveform of each ROI with respect to frame number.
ScintiPlex™ is an easy-to-use, and efficient image acquisition and processing system that requires minimal technical training or programming experience.
Work Supported by NIH Grants - R43 HL67008 and R44 HL 67008
